🧑‍🏫 About the Camp

This is more than a wrestling camp — it’s an elite training experience designed to push athletes physically, mentally, and technically. Led by Coach Jerrel Baskins, this camp is focused on developing high-level fundamentals, confidence, and leadership both on and off the mat.

• Proper stance, footwork, level changes, and shot setups

• Defensive positioning: down blocks, sprawls, mat awareness

• Match strategies, mental toughness & tournament prep

• Live drilling, situational sparring & more

Open to wrestlers of all levels, ages 5–18
Beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes welcome
Boys & girls divisions available

• Wrestling shoes, mouthguard, headgear
